I was very pleased with the professionalism and treatment

I was very pleased with the professionalism and treatment I received at Steve Rogers Ford. In particular, Dennis Osworth was extremely helpful in finding a vehicle that had most of the things I was looking for. I had visited other Ford dealerships but none of them were as diligent and as thorough as Dennis Osworth.

I will give me complete review once I get my rental

I will give me complete review once I get my rental reimbursement that was completed November 23rd. I keep getting put off and will not buy a Ford again after 50 yrs of dedicated purchases and current ownership of 4 Ford products. Mark Jakubec

Hello! I am sorry for your experience here at Steve Rogers Ford. Like many oil change coupons and promotions, the number of quarts advertised is a maximum of 6. With that being said... all makes and models (trucks vs cars etc.) required a different number of quarts and the cost is adjusted accordingly. Again, I apologize for the confusion. ~ Kristy Rogers

The gentleman i dealt with at the service counter was rude and acted like I was another to him to help,the tech had no idea what was wrong with truck even though they knew the day before in less than 5min,them wanted to charge me $500 to replace a $45 part that took me 10 min to do and they still charged me $225 fee for plugging scanner in for 5min,have had them do all my repair work before but will not be going back.

Best Sales Experience I have had from a Ford Dealership!

Best Sales Experience I have had from a Ford Dealership! if you are looking for excellent customer service, without all of the "b.s" that sometimes comes with the typical "car salesperson", then this is the place for you! Dennis Osworth was simply amazing to work with from start to finish and Kristy Rogers was excellent at the end with the signing of papers to finish the deal. I could not have expected a better experience from a Ford dealership. Been dealing with Raabe or Reineke in Lima for years. Dennis made me and my wife new Steve Rogers Ford customers for all of our future Ford purchases/leases!

One of the few dealers that will work on RV's.

One of the few dealers that will work on RV's.I have always had good & prompt service here.They work magic on finding parts for an older RV(1999) Latest service was to replace a failed speed sensor(abs) & an oil change.
