Service is spot on. Quality, Experience, Communication, Reasonable Cost... all boxes checked. Sales staff is engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. Steve Rogers' facility is clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly and efficient.

The service was disappointing and my issue is still not
The service was disappointing and my issue is still not resolved. . I was given my vehicle back. I was told we need to wait for the Ford tech people to return from holiday. I called back and there was no answer resolution and no returned call. I still have not heard a reply and no resolution to the issue.
