Very clean, friendly staff. Had an appointment for the works package and was taken right in. Got to meet the General Manager Jason he walked me through the entire dealership showing me all the great staff and all those extras that they can do on site. I was a wonderful experience I would rate them an 11 but the highest is 10.

Good experience, everyone was friendly and attentive. Only put 4 stars instead of 5 because it took an hour and a half for the standard Works oil change.

I had a good experience shopping for and ultimately purchasing a used SUV with James C Willis II. We had some troubles after purchase getting the vehicle available for pickup, but in the end they had good communication with us, and it was an overall great experience

Service quality was good and the staff was professional and polite. Only issue was that I waited for the oil change ("The Works") and when it was completed, no one came to tell me so. I waited about 30 minutes longer than needed. I was given a small discount due to this, which was appreciated.
