Eddie is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Typically, when purchasing a new vehicle, it takes hours to process. The dealership was busy that day and this was the best/fastest experience I have had. I visited two other dealerships with similar make and model in mind, but never talked numbers as I did not feel sales personnel were personally vested in spending the time answering questions which I assume is common for newly released make and model vehicles. That was not the case at Tunkhannock, PA Jeep dealership. Highly recommend this dealership as your first stop.

I purchased a vehicle from them a few years ago and swore, at that time, I would never go back but they had the vehicle that best fit my needs. I made an appointment to pick up my new vehicle at 5:30. I had to wait for the paperwork to be prepared and then I was handed one BLANK document to sign, my sirius radio was not connected and I never left the dealership until after 8. Most of my concerns about the vehicle were taken care of but I still need to return to have some things taken care of. They are quick to make the sale but are not really ready to take care of the customer.

Service Advisor Jon is first rate. He got my truck in quickly and got his team right on it. This would be 5 stars except that it took half a day to get a call back due to their automated phone system.

We had a phenomenal experience working with salesman, Joe Dafcik. He went above and beyond to get us into a safe, affordable minivan. Worked with us during the financial process to get us the best deal. Just finished our free 30 day check up on the vehicle, and the service department was great too! Would highly recommend to friends and family, and will come back in the future for future purchases.

Went in looking for a new truck, Scottie showed me a number of options but ultimately guided me to a nearly-new used Dodge Ram that had way more options and features than the new models I was looking at. I went to Tunkhannock Auto Mart after getting the run around and very poor customer service from two other area Jeep dealers in my search for a new Wrangler. I walked in late on a Friday night , I was welcomed by everyone and not rushed. I met with Scottie Blair and let him know exactly what I wanted as far as color and packages go, and Scottie called me first thing Monday morning that he had found my Jeep! Scottie is extremely polite, courteous, and he made the process so very easy! He was never pushy and got me a great deal. Scottie still keeps in contact with me to see how things are, even a month after purchase. Jeremy in Sales, Ben in Finance, and Jon in Service were a pleasure to deal with as well. I made a great choice going to Tunkhannock Auto Mart, wish I had gone there sooner! Exceptional service !
