Tunkhannock Auto Mart

I went to Tunkhannock Auto Mart after getting the run around and very poor customer service from two other area Jeep dealers in my search for a new Wrangler. I walked in late on a Friday night , I was welcomed by everyone and not rushed. I met with Scottie Blair and let him know exactly what I wanted as far as color and packages go, and Scottie called me first thing Monday morning that he had found my Jeep! Scottie is extremely polite, courteous, and he made the process so very easy! He was never pushy and got me a great deal. Scottie still keeps in contact with me to see how things are, even a month after purchase. Jeremy in Sales, Ben in Finance, and Jon in Service were a pleasure to deal with as well. I made a great choice going to Tunkhannock Auto Mart, wish I had gone there sooner! Exceptional service !

My wife and I stopped by to look at a Wrangler. Even though the weather was miserable, Eddie went above and beyond to show us the vehicle. Eddie was very knowledgeable about the vehicle answering all questions that we had. He was very courteous. We did not feel any intimidation or pressure. All in all it was a wonderful experience dealing with Eddie Swartztrauber. I had a minor issue with the jeep after getting it home. I called Eddie and he explained everything I needed to do to get the issue addressed and followed up to make sure it was being taken care of. It made me feel that I was a valued customer. The people in the Service Department were very courteous and professional.
