service department
I took my jeep in for transmission work. First off i could not get anyone to return a phone call about a loaner car i had to call my salesman in order to get answers. Then they repeatedly keep telling me there is nothing wrong with my car when i have a blatant transmission shifting issue. The service guy told me "well theres always motorworld". Yeah that seems like good customer service. Everytime i spoke to them they were rude and talked to me like i had no idea what i was talking about. Just for me to drive down there and immediately replicate the problem that they said they couldn't . I will never return my car to this service department. They are rude and impossible to deal with. I would not recommend using them. Which is really sad because tunkhannock auto mart had a fantastic sales department.

Great sales office and service
Very friendly, not pushy salespersons, will recommend them to friends and family. Their lease price was much much better than Motor World in Wilkes barre, PA.
