This dealership has an excellent service department. All service issues with my Jeep JT have been handled professionally and expeditiously. All for a fair price.

Salesman was very pleasant and accommodating when I first

Salesman was very pleasant and accommodating when I first worked with him. I was prepared to purchase a 2022 or newer preowned Ram. I had been advised this dealership was now part of the Gates group. Since they advertise that they allegedly welcome trades of " anything, boats, goats, trains, planes" i asked if they would take my boat and trailer in trade? I was assured they would, they asked where it was, and said they would look at it in the next few days and make me an offer. They asked what I might like, but not what I might accept. It has now been about three weeks and I have not only not received an offer; but not even the courtesy of a return call. This appears to not only be false advertising but also a xxxx poor very unprofessional way to do business. I will continue to advise anyone considering doing business with that dealership to be cautious of what you might be told

Steve, Juan, Andy and everyone else were amazing at this dealership. I felt like family. I left with the car if my dreams. 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. RED!!! This is one happy gal!!!

Walked in to get a used truck, they got exactly what I was looking for. I could not believe it when I saw it. The truck was beautiful. I had to thank everyone involved

Everyone at the dealership was very nice I really enjoyed

Everyone at the dealership was very nice I really enjoyed doing business with them. The only reason I didn’t give them a five star rating was after negotiating directly with the salesman and sales manager we settled on a number. And all is good they were having the truck brought in from another location about 35 miles away. And when it got there. I Loved it. When I got in the finance office Andy was great but the payment went up about $50.00 from what we agreed on. And then I did buy an extended warranty which shot it up another $100.00. But that also included GAP. “NEWS FLASH” here is a quote from my State Farm agent. “Buy your GAP policy from the dealer “” it’s way better coverage so I ended up a little over $150.00 more than what we had discussed. But a little over a $100. Of that was GAP and extended warranty. I’m very happy with the Truck and the people at the Capitol CDJR in Willimantic CT. as well as there other dealership in New London where I bought some accessories. OH right before I left I noticed a small Dent in the hood I mean small. But it is a brand new truck. They jumped right on it scheduling to get it fixed and changed the paperwork to show that they owed me to get that repaired. So that’s great. I really have nothing bad to say. I have nothing bad to say .

I have nothing bad to say . Mike the sales guy got me in and out with the truck I wanted with no issues . I went to look at the truck I wanted and drove it away and saved 12 thousand dollars . I did my home work and I was very happy to save the money I did .
