Great service, reliable technicians

I appreciate the fact that even though I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, the technician found I had a broken outer tierod which was fixed on the spot making my vehicle safe again. I shudder to think I drove to Ohio a few weeks ago with that problem! They also replaced my fog lights, something you can't do yourself, but I appreciated anyway.

We are so happy the mechanics found the issue before anything major happened. We always make sure our mechanics are certified, ensuring our customers get Free Multipoint inspection.

Friendly staff; quick service while I waited

Service staff was very friendly; work was completed quickly; coffee in the customer waiting area wasn't bad either. I'm happy! ?

Tyler Niles Dodge . What an experience.

Even though it is an older dealership, it's always clean and in inviting. Everyone there makes known an effort that they put in to get to know you. I also feel that the sales staff works in concert to the finance staff. The transition couldn't be more seamless. They will exhaust all resources to make sure you're happy, and well that makes me happy. I'll go nowhere else. Special thanks to Gary Marshall, he has such an enthusiasm for his job. He takes the time from his own time to follow up with customers and stays late during sales. He could be the face of what a Chrysler dealership salesman could be. Also Matt James's dedication to the sales process is unparalleled with any other. He takes managing a department to a personal level-- and it really shows.

Terrible Experience, Part II

Unfortunately we did not come to an agreement with your trade. With it being sight un-seen we thought it was worth more. When you brought it into the dealership we realized it wasn't in the condition that had been described.

Terrible Experience

I live 80 miles from the dealership so I worked out a deal with Jared through email. We agreed on a price and a value on my trade in. Upon arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was not as described. I did a test drive, anyway, and found the vehicle to still be worth purchasing. When I arrived back at the dealership, they told me they did not want my trade in. I was honest about the condition of my vehicle and they were dishonest about theirs. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. Now, I have to drive 80 miles back home; talk about a waste of time, money, and fuel.

I like my salesman Gary Marshall he is the best. Gary is a fun person he is helpful Lind funny and very attentive. Always keeping me informed. I will never buy a car from anyone else. I was looking at a suburu but I bought a jeep bc I couldn't buy fro. Someelse.

NEW JEEP PURCHASE

I visited four other dealership. The experience at Tyler's was heads above the rest. The staff was friendlier and took the time to understand what we were looking for. Though what we were looking for was not in stock they found two that met our needs. When we went to pick up our new Jeep it was clean and ready. Our Sales person took the time to explain how to work all the options. This was the best experience that I've had in a car dealership in LONG TIME.
