great service and customer sales

Jared was friendly and was very helpful. One of the things we really liked was that atmosphere was more family / customer friendly. Most car lots the salesman are all up in your face and down your throat and its an awesome feeling to know that your dealership is not like that.

Great service!

The customer service was awesome, I felt like they loved having my company and I felt welcome. Shelly sold me my car and she went out of her way to make me happy! She went above and beyond! I have told All my friends about her n how they choose her also!

Very, Very Happy!!

I began looking for a new car last year (2013), but couldn't decide. I finally made up my mind this year (2014) to take the plunge and buy a new car. In 2013 I spoke to many different salespeople at many different dealers. Shelly White at Tylers Dodge was by far the most knowledgeable. She helped me out in 2013 as much as she could (it was all me not being able to make a decision). I hung onto her card and sent her an email about two weeks ago. I stopped in and ended up driving three different cars. Finally deciding on the model I wanted to buy. I went home to think about it, got in the internet and found one I absolutely fell in love with, emailed Shelly again on Monday and on Wednesday I signed the papers and drove my new car home!! Everyone in the dealership was very nice and they made the finance process a breeze.

Easy buying, in and out, no hassle, friendly staff

After getting the run around from a local dealer whom I have purchased a number of vehicles from, I discovered Tyler jeep in niles. I went on line and found the jeep I wanted for a good price at Tyler. Shelly White was prompt to call me back and set up the deal while I was at work. By the end of the day they had the financing approved and paper work ready to sign. The man doing the financing was friendly and easy going. "Sean Carter." Overall Shelly White and Sean Carter did a great job with no pressure to buy in a friendly setting.

Great service, great price

Our sales rep, Kevin, was very friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. The financing department did a great job on finalizing the loan process, too.
