Great experience as always!

Great experience as always! Tim Bernard, Ira the manager and Mike the used car manager collectively made an awesome team finding me exactly what I wanted at an affordable price. They were easy to work with, professional and provided a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership as it’s my choice for over 20 years!

I’ve gotten my last 4 cars from Napleton Lincoln and I can say they are the best people to work with. Peter Radlowski, sales consultant, and Ira, sales manager, were there through the whole process answering any and all questions. Exceptional service! I would highly recommend

Working with Tim was great.

Working with Tim was great. He educated us adequately on our options for purchasing our new Lincoln and we didn’t feel that usual pressure to buy immediately. I felt like this was definitely more relational than a transactional relationship. Definitely head to napelton and ask for Tim and you’ll be in great hands. Ira was also great in facilitating.

Napleton Lincoln's Sales staff was fantastic.

Napleton Lincoln's Sales staff was fantastic. Peter Radlowski, Master Certified Sales Consultant and Ira Schreiber, General Sales Manager were a pleasure to work with. Due to Manufacturing and Supply Chain Issues the vehicle took a long time to build but Peter and Ira did everything they could to keep us informed and make the waiting process palatable. Provided Lincoln continues to produce vehicles we want to purchase, Napleton will be our Dealer of choice.

I purchased my third new Lincoln from the Glenview

I purchased my third new Lincoln from the Glenview Napleton dealership and can say with conviction that the team there has again far exceeded my expectations. Both Tim Bernard, Master Certified Sales Consultant, and Ira Schreiber General Sales Manager have again made the purchase process simple to navigate (without any games) and provided a very competitive deal that made the difference. They also have an excellent service department that has exceeded my expectations over the years. I highly recommend this dealership!

Purchasing a car can be very stressful.

Purchasing a car can be very stressful. However Gerry and Ira all took care of me and made it simple and got me out in record time. No pressure sales tactics or back and forth games. Just straight forward honest dialogue and very competitive price.

Very good experience purchasing a new Nav.

Very good experience purchasing a new Nav. We of course had to order it, and Peter R and the entire team were helpful, courteous, and customer service-minded. Once the car was delivered, the final purchase was easy and Peter helped is set up the bells and whistles on the car. Really good experience, would recommend.

Worst Mechanical Tech

one of the worst experiences, Ive ever had with service tech named David Canton that works at your shop. The man is rude,Obnoxious,Totally Unprofessional and the most vile halitosis Ive ever encountered.

Being from out-of-state, I inquired about a used vehicle

Being from out-of-state, I inquired about a used vehicle through a salesperson, Tim. I explained to Tim that I would be flying to his dealership and driving 1,000 miles home and if the vehicle was worthy of the trip. Tim assured me that the vehicle would make the trip with no problems and that the vehicle came with a 90 day warranty. I also asked Tim to take pictures of any vehicle damage and send them to me. Tim took several pictures but neglected to send all damaged areas. We flew to Illinois to pick up the vehicle and found gouges in the rear bumper, scratches on the trunk, and paint on the passenger side of the vehicle. Tim did have the shop attempt to buff out the paint. Once we got to the finance deaprtment the total was a little more than the signed buyers agreement but we were able to negotiate back to the agreed amount. During my drive home a warning indicator of low voltage illuminated on the dash. I was able to make it home and had a service department determine I needed a new battery. I contacted Tim to see if the $188 battery was under warranty or if he would reimburse me for the battery, just crickets. The vehicle I purchased was $21,000 therefore the battery should have been replaced. It has been over a month since I purchased the vehicle and I have not received my registration documents with my temporary registration now expired. I would not recommend this dealership.

The dealership addressed, responded and equitably solved

The dealership addressed, responded and equitably solved a problem with ford motor credit they did not create. I felt like a valued return costumer and really appreciated the above and beyond effort displayed by the finance department and our salesman to get our deal done !!
