Napleton Lincoln of Glenview

I had a great experience with everyone at Napelton Lincoln! I was searching for a Burgundy Aviator in the Houston area and had a horrible experience at Bayway Lincoln here. I found the vehicle I wanted at Napelton (in Chicago) and the process to purchase the vehicle has been seamless. They are handling the paperwork, financing (at a better rate than my credit union), mobile notary services and having the truck shipped to my home. I really appreciate all the efforts from Tim, Brian and the rest of the staff!

Great experience with Tim Bernard and Brian Larsen. I was buying a new Navigator from out of state and having the vehicle shipped to my home. Both Tim and Brian were extremely responsive to my questions via email and text. I got a fair price from them and overall it was pretty easy to get the paperwork done.

Thank you to all the staff that made my purchase of my Lincoln MKZ possible. We drove almost 2 hours from Wisconsin to get what we wanted. Even though our trade wasn't what they thought, they still made it work for us. All the financing was done, and we really only had to come and test drive and sign papers. Thanks again!

I had a great experience at this dealership buying a CPO Lincoln MKC. Everyone was easy to deal with and no pressure. They also moved pretty quickly through the process.

No pushy sales, showed us the different cars available, had a test drive, and left to think about it. We came back days later for a second test drive and decided to purchase the car. We still had a lease, so they worked with us, holding the car for a little while we return the lease. We worked with Peter Radlowski and he was very helpful through the entire process. When it was time to finance, all the paperwork was prepared ahead of time and the finance manager was not push at all. Informed us of some options, but with absolutely no pressure. We worked with Brian Larson. We had a great experience.

Great experience. I had been using the same dealer for many years and this was my first experience shopping for a Lincoln. Matt and Brian made the process so easy. It was a very pleasant experience. I first went to just look at Lincolns and wasn’t sure I’d be making a decision that day. There was never any pressure to move forward before I was ready. Matt was helpful in explaining the different features and packages. The dealer happened to have exactly what I wanted on the lot, I was having a good experience there, so I decided to make the purchase that same day. I would definitely shop at Napleton again.

This is the first and only experience with this dealer and it was the worst experience!! Lacks integrity! Can't be trusted!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
