If I could rate this dealership with less than one star I
If I could rate this dealership with less than one star I gladly would. After 2 weeks of negotiating a price and conversations about the condition of a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport my wife and I drove over 2 hours to purchase the vehicle with a check in hand and the vehicle already added to out insurance policy. We were told that that am/fm radio did not work and that there some small scuffs on the fender flares and we were fine with that. What we found was the roof gouged, a burn hole in the driver seat that had a plug and patch job done, a burn hole in the drivers floor mat that you could pass a softball through, the throttle body cover that should be on the engine tossed in the back cargo area, and every panel on the vehicle scratched. We decided to take it for a ride since we just drove 2 plus hours and 30 seconds into the test drive the check engine lite came on. The heat would not work ( known heater core issue in Jeeps) so we took it back. The manager Ira came out and chuckled. I would really like to know what was funny? A 2 hour plus ride there, 45 minutes there, and a 2 hour plus ride home all for nothing but a huge waste of time. When you ask for someone's honest opinion on a vehicles condition and it is as far from true as the vehicle I can only hope that other dealers are not as dishonest as this place. I would have thought that we would have received a phone call by now apologizing for this but that has yet to happen !!!!!

i have deleted my previous review due to a total misunderstanding that was published by car gurus the dealership remove the car because it did not pass their inspection and car gurus marked the car as sold a total injustice by car gurus to this dealership. So I appreciate the fact that they don’t sell cars with problem and i am sorry for the previous review they are a to dealership

Napleton Lincoln could not have done anything better. I started a new lease but was unable to drive to switch cars. The new vehicle was driven to my home and the vehicle I was returning was taken. I was able to review and sign all the paperwork in my home. Tim was polite, gracious and very professional. The entire transaction was beyond efficient and effortless. Wonderful Customer Care along with Honesty.
Had a great buying experience with them. Purchased a used Navigator from out of state, flew in to check it out and was greeted at O’Hare by a wonderful gentleman that took me back to the dealership, it was a great ride back being picked up and already being texted about the details upon landing. The used Navigator was waiting for me inside and had be perfectly detailed and was ready for a test drive, the moment I got to the dealership. Salesman Tim was awesome to deal with throughout our entire buying process from answering all questions and doing a video call walk through on the vehicle before commenting to buy it. The Navigator was as described, they worked with us to hold it while waiting to get everything arraigned to make the trip to buy it. They even had all the numbers for financing and extended warranty done prior, so it was a simple deal of signing the documents and then proceeding on a 6.5 hour drive home in a wonderful Navigator, even in Chicago traffic. Highly recommend using this dealership and will possibly be back for future purchase as everyone was extremely nice and pleasant to work with.
