Nice new clean and bright facility.

I had the oil changed and was very satisfied. Brake bulb was burned out and was replaced. I really appreciate that my car gets washed.

Excellent service, great service staff.

I have a vehicle purchased I purchased at a distant CarMax. Soon after I received it the check engine light came on. I took it to Napleton, the nearest Lincoln-Mercury dealer, and was pleased with their demeanor and service. I returned for an oil change and was impressed with their no pressure multi-point check. I bought tires before the next oil change per their recommendation and new I'd need rear brakes by then. I was surprised that they replaced the pads and didn't pitch the rotors too as most chain mechanics do. More recently I had a problem with my power seat which involved use of an aftermarket warranty provider. Jose took care of all the interaction with the warranty provider, ordered the part and made sure all my warranty information was available for future repairs. I even saved a few bucks off my deductible with the rewards program.

I had a service appointment to have a speaker replaced. The service department was on time and the car was washed and given back in excellent condition.

Everything I said is true

they were nice from the time we drove in and at the time we picked up the car. Our salesman even came over when he saw us to say hello. Can't complain on anything.

Top notch dealership

My purchase of a 2015 MKC was most rewarding. My sales person was very accommodating. He was easy to deal with and was most respectful. He fully understood my desires and did his utmost to comply with my wishes.I will definitely deal only with him in the future. I would highly recommend Napleton's dealership.
