An Out of STate Experience

. I live in Wisconsin and did not want to be running back and forth for a car. The dealer found me the car I wanted the next day and I committed to it sight unseen. Matt had to shoot me the best price possible before I would even come back for it. He did and It was everything that Matt represented it to be. They missed a noise that sounds like a loose screw rolling around so I will have to take it in. They also could have preformed the sync my ride update so I wouldn't have had to. I definitely would buy a car from them, again. I like to no nonsense approach to putting the best price forward for the car and computer research bears truth to it.

Great People to do business with.

My buying experience at Napleton Lincoln was great from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Tom my salesmen, Kirk the sales manager, Joe and even the porter was very friendly. I will recommend Napleton Lincoln to all my friends.

Great car buy experience.

I bought a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. The staff was awesome right off the bat. The salesman, Tom, was laid back and didn't pull any of the usual used car salesman gimmicks. He showed me what I wanted to see and didn't try to talk me in to anything I couldn't afford or wasn't interested in. Nick the manager was very friendly and helpful, and Joe the business manager was super helpful and got me the payment I wanted at an interest rate that was acceptable, even though it took some work on his end. He was also very friendly and laid back. An excellent experience all around.

I find the service reps at Napaleton to be pleasant understanding and extremly courtous. The friendly manner in which I am treated makes me wanted to buy my next car from Napaleton.
