Always friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Had a problem with my truck engine code during the week of my daughters wedding and the assured me i could use the truck until after the wedding. Went back and it was taken care of immediately. Fixed right the first time promptly.

John Bizzarro was very polite, knowledgeable, and he took his time explaining all the options I had with my trade in and the purchase of my new vehicle. Don’t waste your time on service.

Don’t waste your time on service. Usually pretty good, but can be slow at times. Waiting for a necessary fluid to come in for our vehicle they could’ve had four tires installed they said was necessary. But no, let’s leave our highly needed vehicle Sit there for a day and a half without doing anything. So we have to go get it, bring it home, take it back two or three days To then have all the work done. The fluid procedure would’ve taken a lot last time. Now a second appointment will take more of our time we can’t get back.

I have been a customer of Weavers since 1998. They always treat me fair and with respect when purchasing/trading. I recently had a service issue that was just beyond the warranty date. Jeff in Service went to bat with GMC and got it covered. I can't say enough good about Jeff and the service team for making another very positive experience at Rick Weaver Buick/GMC

I went in for an oil change, etc. They took the car right in, put 3 men on it and were done in 15 minutes including tire rotation. All were extremely courteous and treated me with kindness and professionalism. 100% satisfied.
