Never going back

I am 19 and have just purchased a used car. A few weeks back i visited this dealerrship, while i was looking around for a good deal. Nobody came out to help me for over a half hour, i finally asked and was greeted by a completely uninterested employee. He offered no help what-so-ever, insulted me by telling me i couldnt afford a car, and basically did everything he could to ensure that i would never be back again. I am in ROTC in college and he told me that wasn't going to help me buy a car. i dont consider myself stupid and told him i knew that, but with my scholarship it allowed me to save alot of money. No other salesman or dealership was more insulting and less helpful. i will never be back, and i will encourage others to never go to this dealership.

I have to apologize about this experience! We never want anyone to feel this way about our Dealership... A lot of changes have happened at Rick Weaver Buick GMC since this unfortunate set of circumstances, and I would invite everyone to come see the changes! I would also like to thank this particular Guest for the HONEST feedback! It let us know that there were some things that certainly needed to be addressed, and thankfully they have been! At Rick Weaver Buick GMC, our motto is "famous for service!" Obviously in this instance that motto did not ring true, and for that we are truly sorry! If this happens to be read by the person that posted it, I hope you accept our apology!

Good service, but took some work.

I went here looking to trade in my 94 Pontiac Transport. They appraised it and gave us $1500 for it. Thrilling. Then came the car finding process. It came down to a 2010 Pontiac Vibe. It was not easy to barter down the price, even after pointing out the defects on the car.
