We trusted the service department to fix our car and it ended up in worst shape then when we first brought it in. The touchscreen radio and GPS was broken while in there hands and they said it was “a coincidence” and took no responsibility. It was a $20,000 car we bought only three months ago. We paid them hundreds of dollars and didn’t even receive a refund for the poor service we received. We eventually had to trade in the car because it was a lost cause and lost thousands of dollars.

We've experienced great customer service with the Lithia Service Department, especially with Hayden Conner. Hayden listens to our concerns and helps us from the time we walk in until our car is ready! Very pleased!

Friendly staff and the store is pleasantly clean. Can't remember the name of the service guy that helped me..but he actually seemed very happy to be at work and he didn't try to just push me away when I had other questions.
