Great Service
Went to the dealer to pick-up registration and have state inspection done on the new leased 2023 Eascape. Mark H salesman brought the Escape or to service for the State inspection. Even with one vehicle ahead of mine,, Mark brought it back in about 45 minutes and off I went.

McGovern Ford at Drum Hill is great
This is one of the best truck buying experiences I’ve had. I showed up looking for a specific F150 and spoke to the manager Scott directly. Scott was extremely professional, personable, and set me up with Robert Keenan who is one of the dealerships top salesmen. Robert was a pleasure to work with. He knows his job, he knows his vehicles and their options and he went way above and beyond to find me the truck I was looking for. He’s not pushy and he is a gentleman. The entire process was very smooth communication was great and promises were delivered on time. The dealership itself it’s very nice and has a laid back atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly. I would recommended this dealer to anyone and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Friendly dealership
After a few hiccups along the way (my banks issue) I ended up purchasing a used 2021 F-150 from McGovern. Overall had a good experience working with Robert and the rest of the team there. They provided the best trade-in value for my vehicle out of any other dealership and I believe I got a very fair deal on my new truck. Thank you guys again and hope to do business with you in the future!

Learned something new
We came in for an oil change and the tech also did a good safety check. When preparing to rotate the tires the standard wrench no longer fit over the lug nut. The cap over the lug nut had swollen from moisture intrusion ( car is a 2012). I'd seen cracks on similar lugs before but hadn't noticed the swelling.
