McGovern Ford at Drum Hill

I tried another two Ford service centers for maintenance since they are closer to my home but would decide to let McGovern take care of my truck from now on. I would say this is probably the best of all the Ford dealerships in terms of service in nearby regions from my own experience. Fair price and good job!

The best service I have had, the front desk, the repairman and everything else in this office was very good, and the customer service that I received was excellent. Not will i be back for more, but I will be passing this to my friends and family. Thanks to everyone that made this happen.

Great Service. My service advisor Lisa was wonderful. She answered all my questions. They provided transportation home for me. I called in later to see how my vehicle was doing and left a message to be called. Lisa returned my call in a very timely manner.

My last car purchase four years ago was a true nightmare. I contacted Rob on a whim with a question about a car. While the Ford he was listing was not going to work for me I had told him what I was looking for and he happened to have one in mind. The process was extremely easy, welcoming, and didn’t feel like a standard car buying experience. The sales manager Scott sat with us and we chatted about fishing, the connection we had to the vehicle and overall just had a nice conversation. We headed off on vacation still thinking about the deal they offered us. We couldn’t pass it up on the car we wanted. We called Rob while away to see if they could secure the deal while we were gone. They did it with no issues! We were excited to come back and pick up our new vehicle. We had the second pleasure of dealing with Paul and another sales man who also made our second trip in extremely painless, fun and they seemed truly excited for our purchase! They were kind to my 3 kids who were in tow too. I can’t recommend McGovern Ford enough for your car buying plans. You won’t go wrong! Best dealer hands down!!

I’ve come shopping for a van at this dealership before for an e transit and the gentleman I was speaking with even offered me their sale price over the additional pricing they usually consider which is over 5 grand. I ended up getting a cheaper option for a gas van in the future at a different ford dealership since the markets were super difficult at the time. I just went and got my oil change and tire rotation and I like coming to this branch. They are always so kind and willing to help! Thanks for your great services.

Went in on a Saturday because I need it in inspection sticker Kathleen checked me in I went in the waiting room and she got me within 20 minutes which was great. I get to finish all my Saturday things and I have one thing done off my list this dealership is always smiles. They take care of the customers.
