Great service with a quality team of services.
I took my 2016 C-Max to McGovern after having heavy damage to the rims and tires via a pothole The service advisor Lisa took very good care of me kept me informed and apprised of everything that was happening. Their team including Carlos as always were very helpful and excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their Ford service.

Excellent service dept
I brought my truck in for a sunroof repair they fixed it in a quick amount of time.The service was excellent! Also had my keys reset,and a brake controller put in. Very professional service dept employees. Taking my vehicle to McGovern Ford was a great idea.

As expected.
My first time here for service. The service was completed as expected. Just an oil change and rotation. I only allowed 2 hours to wait for this service. The dealer is very busy, so splitting more time is a good idea if you choose to wait. All in all, a good experience and I will return.

By far my best experience purchasing a vehicle. This is the fourth purchase and was the easiest yet. Marc H. was my salesman and did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop of what was going on with my truck and also made the deal PERFECT.
