The best car buying experience I have had. I was treated professionally, without pressure, and as a person, rather than someone to be taken advantage of. I had my own financing from my credit union and unlike every other place I went, no one pressured me to use theirs instead. The condition of the used vehicle I bought was better than any other used car I had tested. This is where I will be going the next time I buy a vehicle. I highly recommend them!

Terrible experience, scam artists at their finest. Bought a used Cadillac with 40k miles , touchscreen never worked, tires were gauged, review camera works sometimes…to top it all of brought the car back there 3 times now for a metel on metal noise. The first time they said it was the low profile tires the second time the breaks were “cleaned “ and today yet again no answers and no offered solutions. All around absolutely aweful place highly recommend staying awa. Hope this helps any future buyers!!

I recommend this dealership whenever I can. From car purchases to their service department, they are amazing. I made an appointment to have a recall looked into as well as an oil change and small issue with my windshield wiper nozzles. My husband and I have been getting our cars from McGovern of Lowell for the last 10 years and let me tell you it is their sales reps that have us going back. Our sales person Steve Suarez is absolutely incredible. Most people do not like going to car dealers, because they feel like they are just walking dollar signs to the sales reps, but not with Steve. He makes you feel welcomed and he is honest. If he doesn’t think the car is a good fit for you he will tell you and not try to sell you something that you won’t be happy with. He is now the only reason we keep coming back.
