I was looking for a new truck and had a GREAT experience working with McGovern and Rob ! If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend them.

I would recommend this dealership for sales but not service. Just brought my sons’s car in for a failed electric power steering system. Also mentioned that the car felt very unstable as it drove terribly and felt like the wheels were falling off. We just recently purchased the car in a private sale but it drove good at the time of sale. Drum Hill analyzed the power steering issue which I knew it had and charged me $160 for this simple computer check. They quoted me over $2500 more to replace the power steering. I proceeded to do it myself for under $500 and 2 hours of my time. When I removed the front tires I found the passenger side tire was shredded down to the metal and the driver’s side outer tie rod was junk. Hard to believe they didn’t bother to inspect the suspension and tires while it was in the shop considering I mentioned how bad the car drove. Guess I’ll need to find another shop the next time I have an issue that I want analyzed or repaired. Disappointed

Came in to get state inspection & schedule an oil change on my wife's/Ana's Mustang. Cote/service got the Mustang in for the inspection & gave me a date n time for the scheduled service by the time the inspection was completed and I was on my way with in an hours time. I'm always had a good experience with the services at McGovern Ford

Everyone especially mark is great they take the time to explain everything that needs to be done before it gets done. I would definitely recommend this dealer for all your car needs.

I had a great experience with sales rep Efe. The entire staff was most friendly and professional. Efe made all the arrangements for my new F 150 and kept me informed during the entire ordering process. Their Service Department is most helpful also.

The team at McGovern ford was amazing !! Salesman Marc was the sweetest and most patient person !! The team went above and beyond for me and much appreciated !! I would recommend this team to any and all people to shop with them !! I asked for a payment at 300 or under and when they started it was above that but at the end it was right in my price range !! I don’t want to forget to give credit to the finance guy either he went above and beyond !! I’m a very satisfied customer and would go back if I needed to !! I needed a recall to be addressed but I also discovered a strange noise the other day after I went through a puddle. I’d forgotten about the noise. I requested that on top of the recall to do an LOF since it was due. They did an inspection of the vehicle and found a major leak in the rear axle seal and said it would cause some noise. I had them take care of that as well and the car was still ready by 1pm
