I’ve always had great service and have always dealt with a friendly and courteous staff. They have always gone out of their way to please me. I couldn’t be more pleased. I plan to return for all my service needs in the future.

Had problems with the Sync system in my car and took the time to contact Ford Motor company to be sure they did all the updates needed to correct my problem. Also got my car returned to me in a timely manner

The bronco waiting experience has been a monster of a disappointment by itself however Mike Smokler and the team at McGovern Ford far exceeded expectations once Ford gifted them the vehicle I ordered

Booked service almost 3 weeks before appointment Took day off of work and drop vehicle off at 10 AM Never received a call from the service department until after 5 PM that day Was told no service could happen that day, and that I could pick up the vehicle I called at 2 PM, 3 PM and 4 PM and was told that a service representative would get back to me and that never happened Complete waste of a day

I have used this dealership fir over 8 years now and the service has always been good, even if corky at times. However, ever since McGovern took over, service has been top natch. Only needs a carwash in-house and they be wicked.

Mark Healy was excellent, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mark kept in contact with me before, during, and after the sale. Mark answered every question I had about the different pick up truck trim levels and available extended warranties. Mark has been employed at Ford Motor Company for multiple decades which made me trust and feel comfortable about my purchase. I chose to buy a 2018 F 150 Roush edition (my dream truck.)
