McGovern Ford at Drum Hill

I go there regularly to service my 2010 Escape. The staff is very knowledgeable and treats me very politely and professionally. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve always been pleased with the service I received, especially from Carlos Borges.

I searched cargurus.com to get an idea of what I was looking for. I scheduled a visit to the dealership and met Bin Wen. He’s a stand-up guy, total team player, and an honest businessman, and in these days it’s increasingly hard to find. I had no issues throughout the process and he made it easy. There was no pressure either way from him or anyone else in the staff and for buying a car, it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Bin for any sale.

This was my first experience with McGovern Ford and from the first contact (Mike Smokler) to the last contact (Corey in finance) it was a world class experience… no pressure, just honest, friendly efficient process… I would use this dealership again and again!!!

I went in, and Bin Wen was there greeting me. Shook my hand and sat me down. AMAZING customer service. Understood what i wanted, understood my situation and took the time to help me. Amazing guy and I will recommend him every time! He disappeared and comes back with a big ole smile and said " I got the perfect car for you " walked away with a very nice 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid!! Ordered a new truck last fall and was told that my custom order would receive high priority and the truck would be delivered in late January, possibly early February at the latest. Well, in early Feb. and no signs of delivery, I called my sales person and he said he would check with Ford on it right away and 'get back to me'. After a week, I called him again and he repeated the same promise. It's now March and HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. Horrible sales support. I cannot recommend this dealership. I had a much better experience when it was Drum Hill Ford.

Britney was very helpful and a very professional sales women. I was very impressed with her courtesy and professinalism. Evan though My salesman was Chris Moreno he was helpful on puchasing my new vehicle and working the deal I was looking for. After my experience in working with the sales personel at McGovern Ford Lowell I will recommend to all my friend if you need a deal go to McGovern Ford and ask for Britney or Chistopher.

The whole service experience at McGovern Ford is very customer friendly. From the comfortable waiting room to staff. They keep you updated by email which I think is great! It makes it worth paying a little more for the convenience of using the dealer over a garage
