service tech Carlos was easy to work with, very accommodating. Service was done quickly. I haven't has any luck buying my cars here but i wouldn't hesitate bringing them in for service

Just ok
The car was not cleaned/detailed as requested. Other then that service wa ok. I’d only recommend this place if they have an absolutely good deal.

Awesome experience !
What a fabulous experience we had at McGovern Ford! Marc Houle was our salesperson and he was amazing! So patient and helpful and got us the best deal. The sales manager and finance manager were both so nice and totally willing to work with us to get us where we wanted to be. They have earned lifetime customers for sure!!!! Thank you so very much!!

Great Service
Service Department was very clean and the reps were very polite and helpful. My car was ready when they said it would be and everything that was checked was explained in detail.

Great Dealership
I found this car online and set up an appointment to see it. The initial contact via text was prompt along with follow up messages. When we got to the store we met the salesman Mark who was just about the nicest, most honest sales person I'd ever met. He showed us the car and gave us the keys for a test drive. When we came back he had the deal numbers ready for us to review. I haggled a bit and we agreed on everything. The purchase was the most stress free experience I've ever had buying a car. Everyone we met couldn't have been nicer. That's the way to do business. I highly recommend McGovern Ford!

Never go to Autofair again
I had a fantastic experience with service advisor Andy Carrera. After I checked my vehicle in. I realized that I forgot to mention that I wanted synthetic oil. They were out, but went out to get the oil for my truck. Very easy to talk to and explained additonal services that were recommended. We even talked about upgrading to a new F-150.

Avoid Chen in Finance
I bought an Escalade from them and had a great experience with my sales rep. Robert Keenan until I met Chen from finance. Chen has a long way to go to be professional and honest. All he cares about is his commission and how he can sell more products and make more money. He hide numbers and make the image looks perfect. He's not organized and he don't show the customer all what he needs to see and he don't make any effort to describe in details all the numbers. I'm surprised after I had an amazing experience at another McGovern location (Newton, MA) when I bought my range rover 6 months ago, that at this location they have unprofessional finance employee and the treat customers that way and try to screw them with hidden charges and unclear amounts just to make more commission/profit to the company from banks. My advice to any future potential customer, AVOID Chen in finance. He screwed me and charged me $4400 without telling me just to make more profit.
