Had an amazing experience with Crestview.

Had an amazing experience with Crestview. Tony and Bri were 2 of the most professional service employees I've had the pleasure of working with. My vehicle unfortunately was part of the catastrophic engine failure recall so the car was there for a long time - these guys kept me in the loop and in a beautiful loaner car the whole time. They tried to quickly fix my Lyriq without doing a history check on what had be done previously. I informed them before and after. My Lyriq issue remains and requires more work and another visit.

I was very impressed with the dealership. Even though I knew which vehicle I was interested in, they had a huge collection of vehicles on display in the showroom. I was serviced with a team of experts, each specialized in a specific function of the buying experience

The dealership had the car I wanted and initially offered

The dealership had the car I wanted and initially offered what looked like a good deal. However, I didn’t see any of the details until it was time to close. I had asked for a certain amount on my trade in, and only noted that they were coming in $1500 less after closing. Seems like that big of a difference is something they should have brought forward.
