Emily was good. Detailing of the car was average- grease on rims and finger smudged on screen.

I kept getting the runaround from the service writer

I kept getting the runaround from the service writer (Tony) about a loaner and also when my SUV was going to be looked at and when it would be done. He was not forthcoming about the Hertz rental program, either. Every encounter I had with Tony seemed like he was trying to be rude and nasty so that I would not come back.

The team at Crestview Cadillac is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Johnny, my sales “client manager” and now new friend helped me purchase my dream spaceship! GM has given so many price point options for EV and I am truly in love with the experience and vehicle and would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle (especially and EV) get down to Crestview, ask for Johnny, and let the space travel begin.

Mario was a pleasure to work with, but we came to a price

Mario was a pleasure to work with, but we came to a price out the door with his supervisor, then he added the cost of the license plates. The first offer from the supervisor included the license plates. A sleazy move for 285 bucks.

The best in sales and service!

The best in sales and service! I really appreciate the communication from sales and service! I must say Tony was great! But that Ronald fellow really had me feeling like a special lady ;) . . . He even poured me a cup of coffee and showed me the super duper cruise!
