Ron is the best!

Ron is the best!!! One of the reasons I am a loyal customer. Ron got me in and out. He also helped to give me information about a new Escalade which was above and beyond!!! Sales department needs SERIOUS work - some sales manager (yes the SALES MANAGER) came over and was inappropriate with me and Ron when we were looking at a new escalade right next to my escalade in the service center. GM of the dealer, please talk to this jackwagon. It was totally inappropriate and awkward interaction IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER (ME!!!!) looking at buying a $181K Escalade V!!!!! Also there was some sales lady bragging about how many Lyrics she sold and was argumentative about how great the electric vehicle is - even though I own a GAS powered Escalade.

Emily was good.

Emily was good. Detailing of the car was average- grease on rims and finger smudged on screen.

I kept getting the runaround from the service writer

I kept getting the runaround from the service writer (Tony) about a loaner and also when my SUV was going to be looked at and when it would be done. He was not forthcoming about the Hertz rental program, either. Every encounter I had with Tony seemed like he was trying to be rude and nasty so that I would not come back.

The team at Crestview Cadillac is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Johnny, my sales “client manager” and now new friend helped me purchase my dream spaceship! GM has given so many price point options for EV and I am truly in love with the experience and vehicle and would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle (especially and EV) get down to Crestview, ask for Johnny, and let the space travel begin.
