My experience at Crestview was excellent.

My experience at Crestview was excellent. Before purchasing my new vehicle, I needed maintenance on my 2017 ATS. The service staff is wonderful - very helpful, communicated EVERY detail and pricing, and very responsive. Same experience when I purchased my new vehicle a week later. Johnny (sales) was a pleasure to work with. FIVE stars is underrated for this great TEAM!

1:1 interaction was always good.

1:1 interaction was always good. However, once I left the dealership, it was very difficult and frustrating trying to communicate with them. Vehicle was there longer than I expected (better communication would have helped remedy that). No car wash once service was completed, which is done at the GMC dealership I take my other vehicle to. Also, the pavement as you enter is all broken up - should not be that way at all Cadillac dealership.

Made my appointment online. I wasn't sure if my appointment was confirmed though as I did not receive a text confirmation when I booked the appointment online but showed up anyway. The Service area was easy to get in and out of and the waiting room was clean and neat.

My oil change was complete in less than an hour—-on a Friday morning, no less! Then, Tony and Ron applied my reward points —-which I’d totally forgotten. Crestview is a class act.
