I was very impressed with the dealership. Even though I knew which vehicle I was interested in, they had a huge collection of vehicles on display in the showroom. I was serviced with a team of experts, each specialized in a specific function of the buying experience

As usual, the service was superior and my issues were resolved completely and to my satisfaction.

The dealership had the car I wanted and initially offered what looked like a good deal. However, I didn’t see any of the details until it was time to close. I had asked for a certain amount on my trade in, and only noted that they were coming in $1500 less after closing. Seems like that big of a difference is something they should have brought forward.

Crestview Cadillac turned out to be a wonderful place to view, test drive, and purchase a vehicle. Our sales team was incredibly kind, helpful and very transparent. Consequently, we purchased a great car at a great price with some help from our sales consultant.
