Wast of time.

Called before I came to make sure that the car I saw online was there. I was very specific when inquiring. I was reassured that ot was. They were aware I was driving from an hour away. When i got there noone had any odea what I was talking about but were very eager to have me see a car that was twice the price. Never again.

Wast of time

They knew I was driving an hour to see a car that they told me would be there. No one even knew what I was talking about when I got there but were really eager to show me a car priced twice as much.

Dealership review

My husband and I drove across the state to look at a car. We were told it would be short just needed to sign some papers if we wanted the car because financing was done. We were there for approximately 3hours. Also we paid for the coating and because it took so long they could not put on that night. We were told by the salesman that the car would be flatbeded to our house 2.5 hours away. This did not happen and instead a car we bought for summertime was driven through the salt and snow on the roads. The day we came it was unusually warm and there was no snow on the roads. My husband left messages for a few managers and Mr Koehn but no return phone calls regarding this manner. Also they kept the car for a few days before bringing our car to us. Also the finance manager told us the coating was for five years and then tried to get us to sign a paper for just a 3 year warranty. On the phone this deal on car sounded fine in person it was totally different.

Once old, running like new!

Was considering replacement of both vehicles. One is 15 YO Ford Truck. Other is 11 YO Ford automobile. Suspicious of several necessary maintenance issues before I scheduled repairs. Asked for Bumper to Bumper evaluation going in the door and that's what I got. Couldn't have been more satisfied with either the repairs or costs. Beginning to think the upholstery will wear out before the vehicles. Thanks again.

Once old, running like new!

After several unhappy experiences with Grand Rapids Ford dealers, the service provided by Ed Koehn of Wayland was a pleasant surprise for any consumer. Asked for a bumper to bumper assessment on both of our high mileage Fords. Repairs done correctly at far less cost than anticipated. Thanks again to Andrew Fletcher (Service Manager) and Victor Moore (Mechanic).

Lemon

Bought a used car and it started having troubles from day one. Brought the vehicle back on three separate occasions and nothing was fixed. They keep giving me the run-around on when they'll fix the issues which just keep getting worse.

Zero Value, No Credibility

Vehicle died almost immediately. Go over the loan paperwork at home and surprise surprise, the price quoted in store and the price billed were not the same, not even close.

Prompt service

Prompt call with results of service. I like the carwash after service is completed. Always an enjoyable place to bring my vehicles.

The did the job correct.
