Great service

Short waiting time and my car came back clean! Clean waiting area. Missed the popcorn this time. I really love the car being washed.

Working Mom

Able to get a morning appointment & was quick & car washed. Handy location close to highway, could up date waiting room area.

Very professional

Professional, accurate, reasonable. friendly, will please during and after a problem. Once upon a time grease got on my new truck seat. It took a lot but Ed Koehn did get it clean .

The people are friendly the service is great and the prices are reasonable. I like the fact that I also get a free car wash.

LMAO!

I visited to price a new truck. I needed a few upgrades as my job is in construction and a backup camera and other things are needed. My trade is a 2105 Ford F150 XLT with 53,000 miles. It is in mint shape, no scratches and the interior is perfect. I get comments on how nice my truck is every day!! I find the truck I want and get the fair price (only good part of the process). Perky says that the sales manager needs to take it for "a spin" and I'm totally good with that. However, the sales manager is alone in his office and taking his time to drive my truck. I mention that I need to get moving and still have to meet clients. Finally, the sales manager walks out ( with attitude as he looks at me). Oh, it took Perky two times to let this guy know that I was rushed. After a two minute drive, the sales manager walks in.....without even getting on the freeway and says my truck is worth $25,000 on a trade! I said "you are out of your mind" and walked out. Oh, did I mention that I once worked for a very large company that has several dealerships and asked my sales manager friend about my truck? He was very willing to give $32,000 for it. This sales manager was quite unprofessional and I don't even know the guy. My experience was just terrible. My neighbor bought his F150 from this dealership and told me he will never buy another from there but says the service is great!

Overall great experience

Rob was very professional and extremely helpful during the whole process. I had been in contact with him for about a week prior to us purchasing the cars and he was very up front, informative, and mindful of our budget. I had appointments set up with 3 other dealerships that day and never had go to them as everything was taken care of at our first stop!

A super great staff.

I liked the professionalism of the entire staff. Manny Morales was my salesman. He invited me to come down to Ed Koehn. Morales was understanding, professional, was aware of my personal likes in vehicles. In a matter of hours I was driving home in a beautiful, tomato red, fully loaded Ford Focus. All of the other staff members were attentive to my comfort, offering coffee, water and anything else that I may want. Is that professionalism or not?

Fusion tires and mantainance

The staff is always helpful, especially Gail. They have the lowest prices on tires and I like that they will rotate for free.

Perkey the Manager of the store and service are great. These people do everything they can to provide me with the best value in a new car, and in service!
