They are totally ok with ripping you off
Stay far away from this place. Bad customer service, suggests "repairs" they know full well will not fix your issues, breaks parts and then wants to charge you for their extra time repairing what they broke. Rude. There are other options even in a small town, this should not be a choice for vehicle repairs. They have no problem setting out to rip you off.

Need to be More statisfactory
People were pleasant, but after installing a new tire sensor, dash light was still on. Had to return for them to clear it off. :( Plus Mechanic, left Greasy Foot Prints on carpet & Didn't Clean UP!

Good facilities
Not much this time the wait time was too long. And some of the personnell were somewhat rude and not real helpful.

1983 ford mustang
We brought our car in for transmission and carburetor work. We brought it to them on wed, they told us it would be finished by 5 on friday. When we went to pick it up, there was a sticky note on the paperwork stating more work needs to be done. We took it to a car show on sat and brought it back to the shop so they could finish it on mon. (Thats what the mgr Andy told my husband. I called at 3:30, the electrician hasnt even looked at it yet. Dont tell me its done when its not. I paid in full for the work they had done, thinking that covered everything. I guess not, im paid up through friday which means we owe more after the electrician finishes. They dont call to keep us informed, they are rude when we call. Not satisfied at all. We never had these issues when Mike Lemon was in charge. He knew communication was key to keeping the customers happy.

I trust the staff at the dealership to service my truck, enough so that I am willing to drive from home west of Kalamazoo to the dealership in Wayland. Staff is always courteous, caring, and timely.

What a contrast in dealerships!
I was having a serious problem with my breaks. Called early Friday morning explaining It was my only transportation and asked if I got it in that morning would I be able to have it by the end of the day. That indicated that would be likely. I took it in then. I called about 3:30 to see how it was coming and was told they hadn't looked at it yet. When I again explained my urgency the person took my number and said she'd call me. Later when I called I was told they were closed for the day. I called early Saturday morning and was told they would've get to it that day. Had I known it was going to be ignored I would have taken it elsewhere. I lost 3 days because of Sunday with out a vehicle. On Monday I took it to another dealership where I was welcomed to a clean orderly service center, the opposite of Wayland Ford, There I told them of my needs. Within minutes they discovered my problem was part of a recent recall. They would need several hours to get the part but would be able to have it done in about 4 or 5 hours. Then they gave me a loaner to use for the day. There was no charge to me because of the recall. Guess where I will go next time I need a repair!

They got me in on time and gave answers to my questions. It's nice to have a scheduled time and they keep it.
