Let me start by saying that this is by far the best place to go when looking to buy a car. I went in to only look at a Jeep, thats when I met Doug. He was incredible with us, he gave us very honest opinions and didnt seem greedy to get me to buy which made me want to buy from him. He was very understanding and very professional and super humble. Never had i dealt with a sales person at a dealer like Doug, honestly the whole experience was super fast and painless unlike any other dealer. I will Always recommend people to Skalnek Ford and to go to Doug. He took great care of us and did everything in such a timely manner I was more than impressed. will continue to come to Skalnek for any future car purchases!!

This place is awful. I called, talked to Mike and was told I could turn my lease in a month and a half early and my last 2 payments would be waived. Upon taking my car to turn it in, come to find out my latest two payments would be waived ONLY if I bought or leased a new car. The manager Rick was useless and they refuse to own the mistake made by their employee. Now I have payments to make on two cars for the next month and a half thanks to the useless and flat out wrong info given to me by their employee. Do yourself a favor and use literally ANY other Ford sealership, this place is shady.

We have been dealing with Skalnek Ford for years and have been happy every time we've been in to purchase or lease a new vehicle. This time we traded in our Escape for a Focus . Marty Hatcher was amazing to work with. We told him what kind of payment we wanted to walk out with and he was able to come within $20.00. We were very pleased and love driving the Focus. I leased a new 2016 Ford Escape yesterday from Lauren Moloney at Skalnek Ford. It was my first time with Skalnek Ford and Lauren was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. She even found me some extra rebates that lowered my payment. Great job Lauren...I will be a repeat customer with you!!

I have lived in the area all my life this is my 5th car from here and the last 2 kaycy was my sales rep. She knew what i wanted got it and had everything all set for me. Im very busy woman and it was so nice to have everything ready when i walked in the door. I have and will send my friends and family to her as long as shes selling fords ? also a hi to mr. Jeff the finance man hes awesome too.

They were very helpful. I was contacted back the same day I sent an inquiry about a vehicle. They sent me pictures after I had requested them, even before they had any up on this site. They addressed my concerns with the vehicle and was able to guide my decision on whether to drive the two hours and test drive it. They had made a video for me in addition to the photos. The main problem I had was their facilities. There were no private offices and it was small. They have a bad location and even worse for taking test drives. The first two roads I went down turned out to not be paved. The main road it's on is so busy you won't get the real feel of the vehicle.

I drove 45 minutes to Skalnek to get a look at a used Edge that was listed online at at price $2,000 - $3,000 less than I'd seen similar models, years and mileages elsewhere. My current car was fine, I was just looking to see if I could get into something with AWD for a similar monthly payment. I told Doug, my salesman this, and he was great about making it happen. I LOVED the Edge I ended up buying, but was only willing to pay a certain monthly payment. I gave Doug my payment limit, and he and the manager made it happen, with friendliness the whole way. When the SYNC wouldn't match up with my phone at the dealership, he called a few days later to make sure it was working, and he even replaced my license plate when my old, beat-up one wouldn't come off. The prices at Skalnek were great, and I ended up with a newer car with many upgraded features for not much more per month than I'd been paying. They worked very hard to meet my budget. Great experience.
