repairs

i am a long time ford owner...started with a 1968 mustang ( purchased 1971 )...currently own 2 f150s...purchased one 3 months ago..brought it back 3 weeks after purchase as gps/interface was not working properly...they said they repaired it..it still freezes ..phone/blue tooth works when it wants to..called for service and it was implied that i would have to pay for repair and would have no recourse since no sales/supervise personal would be able to help..love fords/hate ford service !!!

Car was damaged

My bumper was not put back on correctly when fixing the sensors, which had malfunctioned and in the end my bumper does not look good, which is sad as it is a new vehicle and was not fixed correctly. The car also had rust particles all over the back area of my car. Not sure what was placed in my car that had rust, A new vehicle like this doesn't have rust and now I was forced to clean up the rust. Would not recommend to anyone to get service done and will rethink my next purchase. I purchased 2 cars in under 6 months from this dealer and they do not fix things as agreed. when asked to make this right, we were met with it being our fault!! Not good professional service at all!

We brought our Explorer in for a NYS inspection and luckily we were able to get one done without having to wait. Had a talk with Troy @ detailing in and outside of my vehicle. Going to set up an appointment after the virus gets under control.

I thought this dealership stood behind Ford. I have a recurring problem with my rear window defogger. The only fix is to replace the rear window. I have done that 4 times in the last 3 years. Now that my extended warranty has expired, you want me to pay for the whole repair. This is a faulty design from Ford and I don't think I should have to pay for something that is going to malfunction again. This is crazy. Very dissatisfied with Ford in regards to handling this problem.

Great job, great service. Job was done on schedule as promised, even though parts had to be ordered. Thanks to Jay Ostrander and crew ! Richard

The experience at Metro Ford was terrible...yes terrible....

The experience at Metro Ford was terrible...yes terrible. I honestly don’t recommend anyone going there to buy or trade a car. What they do is that they try to sell you something that isn’t really what you are looking for. I went there yesterday to see if I can change my GMC for another SUV which I had for a year and they said yes it can be change but I would had to get a brand new car in order for my wife credit score to grow. Now we did change it for a Ford Fusion 2020. But when we went today to change it for a SUV they say that we can’t change it because is electronic. But if you look at the page...IT SAYS YOU CAN. But they have a system that once you buy a car and if you are not comfortable with, and you want to change it...you go within the next day and they say that the person who sold the car are not available ( that is their day off). I’m telling you all these because they did it to me twice and to other people they bought car there. I’m not the only one. Wow what a coincidence that is not to show at work the next day after selling a car. This car I got is not bad the only thing we went there for was to change it because we have a CLEANING COMPANY in which we have equipment to fit. But they said they can’t do anything until the person who sold me the car is there. I WOULD LIKE ALL OF YOU TO KNOW THAT..AGAIN THOSE ARE TRICKS SO AFTER 3 DAYS YOU CAN’T CHANGE YOUR CAR IN CASE IT AIN’T FIT TO WHAT YOU NEED. CHOOSE ANOTHER DEALER BUT DONT GO FOR METRO FORD. I’m a client and I’m not satisfied.
