Friendly & knowledgeable employees.

Friendly & knowledgeable employees. Work performed was completed in approximate time promised. Discount coupon was accepted on the oil change/tire rotation as offered. Waiting area for service Dept. was clean & comfortable. Prefer to have the tv volume a bit higher or close caption turned on especially when waiting time exceeds 45 minutes.

This is my first visit to Szott’s.

This is my first visit to Szott’s. I was given some negative feedback about Szott’s but they were the only (THE ONLY) dealership in SE Michigan that had the vehicle I was looking for. Fingers crossed. I walked into the showroom and had the sense of calm, a really good vibe. My new salesperson, Liam Belill, greeted me with a firm handshake, direct eye contact and a smile. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. Being a patient listener as well as a great communicator, Liam found the truck I wanted. This process would’ve taken a couple hours, if that, but I had to wait for my insurance information. Which turned out to be a good thing because Szotts allowed me to drive my future truck home for the remainder of the day. Sweet, a test drive and have it all night, I’m in!!! I was buying regardless but still a great option they provide. The following day, I returned to Szott’s. Liam introduced me to Nick Riley another great listener and communicator. Nick walked me through all the paperwork, initialed and singed what was required. Not once in the entire process did I sense any pressure to make the deal or to add something that wasn't necessary. All in all I had a fantastic experience. Every person I met was pleasant and helpful. I even touched base with an old high school buddy, Anthony Ketchum (small world). Out of all the dealerships I have been to, I can honestly say the Szott’s team treated me with respect and appreciation. Like family! I will highly recommend Szott Ford to everyone and I will be coming back for every vehicle purchase.

The service department at this dealership does a horrible

The service department at this dealership does a horrible job communicating. When I dropped it off at my appointment time, I was told it wouldn't even be looked at for a couple of days. That turned into two weeks without any communication. Then, they left two voicemails in the same day and said, "We've called FOUR times and left messages without hearing back from you." When I picked it up today, I was the only customer in the entire service center and the woman still made me wait so she could put some paperwork away. This was while another employee sat behind the counter with his phone sideways playing a game. I urge you to take your vehicle to another service center.

Dan Kittle has been our salesman for about 25+ years! He is courteous, knowledgeable and knows what we want and need. The transaction took no time at all. Dealership is clean & close by, though not as close as their former one car showroom years ago. Lol.

Everything went great at first til I get a letter saying

Everything went great at first til I get a letter saying my credit went down 35 points because they never turned in my Jeep lease when I got the Bronco. It’s been almost two months and I still don’t have my backseat carpet mats that the guy was supposed to bring me because there was none in the vehicle. You would think a manager or someone would call and apologize for the big mess that they made for you but none of that happened. I’m so disappointed in this place. It was great at first and then went to xxxx.

My credit score is still down 35 points because you did not turn in my Jeep. I had to pay insurance for a vehicle I didn’t have because you did not turn in my vehicle. So we are far from having all my concerns addressed. My ford pass is still not working which I was told someone would come fix. It took my last review in order to get my floor mats. If you think all my concerns are addressed you should probably have called and spoke to me because you guys caused a huge situation and is not easy to fix. Shame on you:
