When I was having issues with my 9 month old Escape,I called Szott Ford in Holly and they responded immediately. First, it was a pleasure to be able to talk to a real person and explain my dilemma. My vehicle was towed there and within 2 days they found the problem and fixed it. And I was offered a shuttle to pick it up. We have been a Ford family for over 40 years and it's places like this that keep us coming back. My next car will be from Szott.
