When I was having issues with my 9 month old Escape,I

When I was having issues with my 9 month old Escape,I called Szott Ford in Holly and they responded immediately. First, it was a pleasure to be able to talk to a real person and explain my dilemma. My vehicle was towed there and within 2 days they found the problem and fixed it. And I was offered a shuttle to pick it up. We have been a Ford family for over 40 years and it's places like this that keep us coming back. My next car will be from Szott.

friendly knowledgeable communication was great and quick service maybe 25 minutes in the break room 2 cups of coffee nice clean Break room just all together happy Steve and Brandon acted like friends thank you both
