Tom Ryan was absolutely awesome. I have since sent 3 friends/family members to see Tom. No pressure just straight answers with options that work. If ford had Tom ryans in every dealership it would n't be the bid three, the others wouldn't stand a chance.

I love my new 2013 FORD EDGE!!!! I can't say enough...

I love my new 2013 FORD EDGE!!!! I can't say enough about my positive, friendly experience from Anthony Ketchum and Nick Riley. They did an excellent job an made me feel welcomed. I did not feel rushed they explained everything to me an showed me how to used all the cars features. I will return an recommend friends and family.

I was looking to buy my first car on my own and Nick was very helpful and patient with me. He did everything he could (and more) to help me find the car that I wanted. Im very happy and the car is everything I wanted. Thank you Nick, you are awesome!

Great great(:

I came into Szott Ford in Holly, on Wednesday, 1/8/13 and worked with Jason Skinner, and Anthony, the finance rep. Both of them made my first car buying experience great. My mother came with me, and though we talk big, we don't know our stuff as well as we think we do. Jason was very knowledgeable, and we felt confident he'd given us the best deal for our money. Anthony was a great guy as well, and we felt just as comfortable in his hands. Despite our 5hour long transaction, both gentlemen were very patient with us, and our hundreds of redundant questions. Great great experience- I've already been recommending this dealership, and Jason. I'm sure I'll be back in a few years for my next endeavor.

A very positive experience!

I just leased my second Ford Escape from Tom Ryan at Szott Ford. From the minute we walked in the door, it was a positive experience. We had exchanged emails prior to my visit, so Tom new exactly what I was looking for. He had a car ready for me to test drive, and he new exactly what inventory was available. He was able to answer every question I asked. On delivery day, the weather was awful, so Tom and Norm drove the car to my house! We signed the paperwork at my kitchen table! Tom is friendly, knowledgable,and professional. I absolutely will visit Szott again, and I will continue to recommend Tom as well as Szott Ford. Thank you!

EDIT - I originally put a very scathing review due to an unpleasant situation with my battery being fried and a miscommunication that led to me believing they weren't willing to do anything about it. I received a call from the service manager, John, stating that this was not the way they did business and he sent a tech to my house to replace the battery. When a company rights their wrong, they get big points in my book. I would have preferred to have avoided the whole situation, but I am grateful they went above and beyond to remedy this. They have won me back as a customer.

No Hassle, No Pressure, No Kidding!

Dave and Tony took the hassle & anxiety out of buying a new car and I honestly feel that I got the best deal I could possibly get with Szott! I got a competitor?s so called ?best deal? and then talked to Dave & Tony and got the Szott best deal! They?re not playing around, they want your business and are willing to do what it takes up front, no pressure, no games; that?s why I will buy my next car from and refer friends & family to Szott Ford. The word is out...everyone will be saying..."I Got the Szott !!"

Great experience!

We recently bought a Ford Edge from Mike Gabler at Szott. He took lots of time explaining the many touch screen features and was very helpful. I love my car!

I’ve had the opportunity to purchase my last 2 cars from Szott Ford and have had nothing but a positive experience working with Nick Riley and Chris Boan. They were both professional and friendly as they helped me find what I was looking for and worked with me on a financing plan. Nick’s superior customer service paired with his knowledge of cars is really second to none! When purchasing my 2nd car, Nick really went above and beyond by coming to the dealership on his day off and getting all the papers ready just so I could drive away in my new car that day.
