Great service, Great cars

recently I bought a ford edge from scott ford. I went there with my wife and child, and I was assisted by Chris Boan, and Renee Weeks. They were professional, friendly and went out of there way to get us in the car we loved. Both chris and Renee made the experience of getting a new car fun, and very easy. It was a stress free experience, even with a crying baby. Even after the paperwork was complete, they both made sure we knew how everything in the car worked. We were also offered to come back anytime to have them go over everything again. first oil change is on the house. needless to say, me and my wife loved the afternoon we spent up there. we are both very satisfied customers. So is the baby. Thank you Chris and Renee

I highly recommend Stacey Bright and Szott

We have purchased numerous cars from Szott Ford and Stacey Bright has been the salesperson on all of them. The people at Szott are very professional and are willing to answer all of our questions. Stacey has made the buying experience pleasant on each purchase. She is very helpful and does not pressure us. I have even purchased a car without going to the dealership. Stacey had the car delivered to my house and I signed the papers on my kitchen table. The last car we purchased was on a Saturday. Stacey was not working that day, but they let her know we were there and within 20 minutes she was at work. She is highly dedicated and we would highly recommend Stacey and Szott for your next car purchase or lease. In addition, the service staff is the most professional and polite we have ever had the pleasure to deal with.

I come from a GM family and have owned mostly GM's all my life, After my last "very disappointing" GM purchase I wanted to see what Ford had to offer. Because my wife and I had nothing but bad customer experiences with Lasco Ford we went to Szott Ford of Holly and we made the right decision. My wife and I started dealing with Szott Ford In 2012 specifically with Tom Ryan (a very personable man.) We knew within a year we would be coming into a very difficult situation. Tom was very attentive to our situation and provided us with all possible options and did not leave any stones unturned. I know because I researched all vehicle rebates and trade-in values for the past year to see how our negative trade in would match up. Tom did not sidetrack us in anyway for his own personal gain. In no way, did we ever get the feeling of a snaky sales person or dealer. As my wife and I got cold feet and did not purchase in 2012, we had to take a chance and purchase in August 2013.This is when we truly realized Tom Ryan and Szott Ford had our best interest in mind. Tom had kept in contact with us periodically through out the year and when we came into the dealership Tom had known our needs and explored all options again. We are not picky people but I am hard to impress when your'e spending a lot of money for years to come. You want a person and company who cares. Szott Ford of Holly and Tom Ryan did that. I am not a Ford or Szott employee but as long as Szott Ford continues with the same customer care, I will be a customer. Mike Godoshian

My wife and I visited Szott Ford seeking a new F-150. We are on a middle class budget and, obviously, Ford doesn't give away these pickup trucks. We wanted to get the best deal possible while also getting a vehicle that had the options we desired. Jeff and Anthony were absolutely terrific. I told them clearly what we were seeking, my wife and I looked at a couple trucks and we loved the crew cab XLT. We figured it was a bit out of our budget and were prepared to take the STX instead; however, the guys worked with us and made it very reasonable for us to buy a nicer vehicle than we expected while staying in our budget range. We were thrilled with the customer service. Absolutely top notch. I have purchased numerous new cars in my life, and this was the first experience where I felt the employees were helping me get the most bang for my buck rather than trying to get the best profit possible out of the deal. Outstanding experience for our family, especially considering the guys worked with us and gave us $1,000 more money on our trade to close the deal. Honestly, they gave us every single cent our trade was worth, if not a few hundred dollars more. We have a beautiful new truck in our driveway and a payment that is very reasonable. Give this dealership a chance to earn your business, and let them know what you need to make the deal happen. We told them when we walked in that we wanted to take a new truck home "today"--as long as the deal made sense for us. They made that happen without a tense moment, even though we negotiated back and forth for a couple hours considering the different model trucks. Then as we were closing the deal, Anthony included the insurance on the wheels (which I asked him to exclude from the deal in order to save money) for us without charge. Awesome gesture on a relatively expensive vehicle (sticker price of $44,000). You just won't find that kind of service at most places. Great work, gentlemen.

great service!

This was the best experience I had in buying a car. They really made the impossible, possible! The sales guy really went above and byond to get me not one but two cars.he went to the extreme to get approvals. I will most definitely go back to him when I'm ready to buy another car.

This was my very first large purchase and my first...

This was my very first large purchase and my first vehicle I was purchasing on my own. I was pretty nervous and did not really know what to expect. I was interested in a 2006 Jeep Liberty, I called and talked to Nick Riley. Nick was very polite, friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about cars. He went over every detail of the car with me and made it a very easy and pleasent experience. I drove away in my 2006 Jeep Liberty yesterday! And i couldnt be happier!

We called Szott Ford to see if there were any rebates on...

We called Szott Ford to see if there were any rebates on 2013 Ford Explorers. We were in the market for a SUV and in the research part of the buying process. Jeff Kelley was the sales associate that we initially spoke to about the current rebates. Jeff was very helpfull and professional from the 1st phone call and continued that high level of service through several followup on-site meetings with us at Szott Ford. Jeff listened to us throughout the process and we were very satisfied with the deal and high level service he provided. After much hard work on Jeff's part we found the vehicle Kim was looking for, a new fully loaded 2014 XLT Ford Explorer (Silver!!!). Thank you Jeff and Szott Ford. We feel like a relationship has been created through Jeff and will be coming back for future business. Thank you from Szott satisfied customers, Kim Maturen and Martin Knecht

I found a 2012 Ford Focus SEL on the internet and left a...

I found a 2012 Ford Focus SEL on the internet and left a message that I was interested in this vehicle. The following morning, Sales Associate Nick Riley called me to let me know the car was still available. He also gave me the location of the dealership and their hours of operation. Szotts Ford was over an hour drive from my house, but I was glad I made the drive. Nick was polite, professional and knowledgeable about cars. He went over every detail of the car with me and offered to let me inspect the CarFax report before letting me take it for a test drive. I decided to purchase the car on the spot. Anthony Ketchum (Finance Manager) went over some loan options with me, and within an hour I was driving my new car home. Anthony was also polite, professional and efficient. Thanks to Nick, Anthony and Szotts Ford, I got a great car at a good price and the whole process was quick and easy. Even though there's a Ford dealer a couple of miles from my home, next time I purchase a new car, I'm going to drive to Szotts Ford. Keep up the good work!

We recently had some detailing service done for our Ford Fusion. When we came to pick up the car, it wasn't as good as we thought it should be, but Bill sent it back and made it right. We are very pleased with the customer service that Bill provided.
