It really doesn't get any better when buying a car! This dealership and my sales associate (Mike Gabler) made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. No pressure was ever applied and none of the strategic negotiating was necessary. It was a smooth, easy and quick process from start to finish. I felt like I was dealing with honest people who cared about their customers. Even my experience with the Finance Manager was enjoyable! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

Had a great experience at Szott Ford and working with Nathan Mark to purchase a used Ford F150. Nathan was very friendly, easy to talk to about what I was looking for and very helpful thoughout the process. The customer service I recieved from Nathan was top notch. He even stayed late on a Friday night to help complete the purchase! He also followed up with me the following day to ensure all was going well with my new truck. The friendliness of the entire staff was great. EVERY employee that I saw or passed along the way said "Hi" and had a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend Szott Ford!

I am very impressed with the quality of service I received when I recently brought in the family's high mileage 2004 Explorer for a long list of service and repair items. Bob Kise was my service advisor. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Szott performed the work in the promised time. Prices were fair compared to other dealers. Ford employees take note: Szott's discount on parts AND service cannot be beat in SE Mich as far as I am aware! I did not use their shuttle service, but Bob made it sound like their shuttle is very flexible (whereas some dealers have strict mileage limits, etc). Bob was willing to work with me on a vehicle pick up time that was convenient for my busy young family, which was a bonus. Szott exemplifies the sort of personalized, laid back, honest professionalism that can still be found in small town settings. I plan to return for future service visits and will shop for new cars there as well.

My family and I have been purchasing vechile's from Chris Boan for over 15 yrs.This is what I can afford and this is what i would like, somehow he has always come thru.But one of the most important reasons i am a Szott Ford return customer is Bob the service write-up guy,I have no fear when the women in our family go in for service, Bob's focus is how best to make them feel like family and that we will take good care of you and they do. The fella's in the shop do great work,we've never had a problem.The dealership might be small in size but they are big on customer service

Stacie Bright made trading in my car and buying my new F-150 the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had. She never once made me feel like she was earning a commission, answered all my questions, and came back with the best deal she could right off the bat. I thought also that I only qualified for the x-plan only to find out later that night I actually qualified for the A-plan. Stacie didn't hesitate to get me back the additional savings even after submitting my financing the day prior! Even Anthony the finance manager didn't make me feel pressured to buy any additional products! I'm never one to write reviews, but felt I should based on my experience with this dealership. Everyone here was friendly, they all seemed like a big family and made me feel welcomed. I came in knowing what I wanted and Charlie Carroll assisted me with that, not once did I feel pressured into buying something I did not want.. I would defiantly recommend this dealership!!!

I love my new 2014 Escape!!! Randy Forsyth and Jason Skinner did an excellent job helping me with my lease. They stayed in my price range and had everthing ready when I got there. I just needed to sign and go. It was AWESOME!!! I will definately shop there again, and again.
