Szott Ford

We went to Szott Ford just to see if we could do something with our 2010 Taurus, with 82,000 miles. We were met at the door by Paul Erikson, who started this great experience for us. Paul was not your typical, pushy calr salesman, but rather, as both my wife and I wanted, an "active" care salesman - actively working with us and finance manager Anthony Ketchum - to come up with a deal my wife and I were thrilled with. 2 1/2 hours after arriving at the dealership we were driving home in our new 2013 SHO Taurus! We were treated as if we were doing them a favor by buying a car from them, not like they were doing us a favor by selling us one. I would definitely recommend Szott Ford, and specifically Paul Erikson, to anyone thinking about buying a new car. But I warn you...take your title, both sets of keys, and your checkbook...because you will be leaving there with a new car!!!!!!!!

My salesman Tom Ryan was friendly, knowledgable about the products and service options. He was never pushie or condescending to me being a female. His knowledge of Fords 'sync' system was very good and he linked 2 phones to it for me and explained the system well. I will be back when it's time for a car upgrade.

Stacie worked hard to get the right car at the right price! I would recommend her and I will go back to her for future car purchases!

It was evident from my first phone conversation with Jeff Kelley that he was a pro. Never tried to push anything I didn't need or want. Got a better price on our new 2012 Explorer than I expected and I know Jeff and the dealership is committed to service after the sale, which is what's most important. The same can be said for Anthony Ketchum. He's a pro. Very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys at Szott Ford. What a pleasure to have this gem of a dealership in our back yard. This is my fourth car that I have purchased/leased from Szott. Anthony Ketchum is great! He has assisted me with all of my cars. This last lease Anthony was unbelievable! He helped me get into the escape at a price I could afford. He even had someone drop off the escape that I was interested in at my home so I could test drive it. When I came in to sign the paperwork Dan Kittle assisted me. He was very friendly and easy to talk to as we were waiting for the car to get ready. The service department is also very helpful. Everyone that I have encountered at Szott Ford is very friendly. Everyone is willing to help in any way they can. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs! I always recommend Szott if someone asks where to go to get a new Ford! Keep up the great work!

Christine Harris is a wonderful example of how vehicle sales should be handled. Very knowledgable of the Ford line up. I feel she went above and beyond to make us happy. No pressure, presented options and very communicative throughout the entire process. This was my second time leasing from Szott and I will absolutely return. For me, it was a farther drive to Szott Ford than that one in Fenton, but it's well worth a few extra minutes on the road for the quality, honesty, and sincere customer service you will receive.
