This is my second car purchase from Szott Ford through the services of Dan Kittle. Dan has gone above and beyond to find and provide the right car to meet my needs. He goes the extra mile to cover all the details that buying a car brings, finds the best price, top dollar for my trade in and worked with me to fit my budget and timeline for delivery. This dealership is awesome, I would highly recommend it to any and all car buyers.

My overall experience at Szott Ford can only be described as "AWESOME".!! The dealership location was very easy to find and once I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile and true customer service. My sales rep , Jason Skinner was not only "Professional". but he showed genuine concern for my situation. Jason was so frienclly and knowledgeable that he made my vehicle purchase virtually stress free!!. Along with Finance Manager, Anthony Ketchum, neither made me feel as though they were out to quote "just make a sale". There was none of the "shady, pushy" salesperson vibe going on at all!! Jason Skinner was very helpful and to the point during purchasing experience. He has tremendous follow up and keeps you informed every step of the process. He is very dedicated to his job and at helping people get what they need for the best deal possible. Paul Erikson sold us a new car and the transaction went very smoothly. He is very personable and made sure all our questions were answered. He took the time on the day I picked my car up to show me how everything worked. He has provided excellent service even after we brought our car home and had additional questions. He even retrieved something I had left in my trade in & made sure it got back to me. I would definitely recommend Szott Ford in Holly.

This was my first time leasing a car ever. I had been to numerous dealerships all over Oakland County, probably even out of it as well. I had family members in different auto industries so ford wasn't my main choice, I was in between Kia, Nissan, & Ford. Long story short after a few horrendous customer service experiences from everywhere else I chose Ford. After a week of waiting to sell my current car I was off to a dealership I liked about an hour from home when a co-worker told me about Holly Ford (a dealership way closer). I called over with the name of the sales person he had and she was out sick and I was given Renee. She was amazing, I was in and out with a brand new lease of a Ford Focus SE in a hour! My very first car in my own name and she made it a breeze! Between dealing with me and my nerves and the grumpiness of my father she kept her cool and make everything easy for me to understand. Now that my lease is coming to an end by 2014 and I now have a better career I will be definitely going back to Renee for a newer car with hopefully some more gadgets! I recommended her to all my friends who are looking at fords because she never once pressured me into a car I couldn't afford or treat me like I didn't matter because I was looking at basic models. For as long as I buy fords she will alway be my sales rep!

Having not purchased a car in may years, I began the process with great trepidation; however, our salesman, Mike, made the process simple and relaxing. Every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I found a car that I liked on the internet in the morning, and, by the afternoon, I was driving it home. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the experience that Szott Ford provided. It was well worth the hour's drive. Highly Recommended!

I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a new car, I was so stressed out. Paul Erikson not only calmed me down but he also made sure that buying a new car was right for me. He answered the two million questions I had and never pushed me. Through our many conversations we discovered that our families have a mutual LOVE for hockey, I think he'll prolly be invited to Christmas dinner. If anyone is looking to buy a new car I would send them to the Szott dealerships no problem. If they mentioned they wanted a Ford, I'd drive them to Paul myself. He's that Awesome!
