Buying a car is fun again!
The sales team made getting a car fun again. My sales person (Bryce Parker) and the Director Paul Zaagman really put in a top notch effort to acquire the car I wanted. I am a well informed automotive consumer and had specific features on the car I really wanted. This challenge was met with 100% satisfaction. The final sales process was very unique as it was 100% digital (digital desktop and signatures), except for one or two documents the state of Michigan still required me to physically sign.

Great customer service & management
We experienced an awful time with purchasing a truck in Grand Blanc, and we're totally turned off by the dealership. After speaking with management and the service department at the Fenton Location we couldn't be more satisfied with the way they took care of us, with great customer service. They were very apologetic with the other location and did all they could to give us the best experience. We will be back again for service work and future vehicles. I highly recommend the Fenton location.

Ford f 150
Bought a new F150. Knew going what I wanted because had been to other dealers before. Had to fight to get even a close deal to what the other dealer offered. paid more here only because they were able to get the truck the other dealer couldn't. Had to ask for my keys back 4 different times. It's like they hold them hostage until you sign a deal. Paid $600 more than the other dealers quoted. Tried to rush me to sign before I even seen the truck. 1st time I ever had to put a down payment before I could see the truck. Original number on the truck was way out of the question. Don't really see what the breakdown is until you force them. Just want to tell you how much a month. Overall not impressed by the way this went.

Outstanding Customer Service
I recently purchased the 2014 Ford Flex through the help of Emily Lorencz. This vehicle was a replacement for my 2010 Flex. Emily was excellent to work with. When the new Flex arrived, Emily called and we set up a date to complete the sale. On the date of delivery, Emily spent about two or more hours with me completing the paper work and introducing me to all of the Lasco personnel that I would be seeing that day or some time in the future. I dealt with John on a used vehicle. He was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I hadn't bought a used vehicle in years, but my experience turned out satisfactory. The way it should be
From the first phone call conversation with Paul, we knew this was the right place... There was no pressure, and they were all very quick and professional when we actually decided to do it. We came in to test drive at 7:30p, made the decision to buy at 8:30p, and drove out with a new car at 10:30p. These guys work seamlessly together as a team.
