No Integrity, No honesty, No transparency. Bait and...

No Integrity, No honesty, No transparency. Bait and switch tactics. Told vehicle was available and scheduled to see next day and sold out from under me. Offered another vehicle at $9000 more! No notice that we need a written deal, deposit, or even first come first serve. No integrity, no call back when told someone would get back to you. Contacted a number of other dealers in area and all noted this was a bad dealership. Do not purchase from them. You cannot trust them.

Had my first oil change/tire rotation. Great service! Tucker was extremely friendly and even made sure my car was washed before returning it to me. I will be back!

Emily Lorencz was a great help in finding an F-250 for...

Emily Lorencz was a great help in finding an F-250 for our family. We had contacted her so she knew what we were looking for and would send us a link when they got a clean vehicle on the lot matching our needs/wants. Great to work with. Professional and helpful. The truck we purchased needed the windshield replaced and she setup for it to be done local to us so we didn’t have to drive over an hour from our home. We were so happy that Lasco has an on-site Secretary of State so we didn’t have to wait long to get all of the paperwork done. Everything was completed that day and drove our truck home. Would highly recommend working with Emily to find your next ford purchase.

Ran Credit 6 Times!

I loved the salesman i had, but i recently found out they ran my credit 6 times! i now have 6 hard inquiries on my credit because of them!

Great and reliable service center

I worked with Nathalie and she kept me update to date on everything during the repair process. She explained what the mechanic was doing to fix the problem and the backup camera is working again like it should.

I bought my Ford Escape new from Lasco in 2011 and...

I bought my Ford Escape new from Lasco in 2011 and haven’t taken it anywhere else since I’ve owned it - even driving it back to Fenton from Cincinnati for oil changes during my five years of residency. I have worked with Tucker (service advisor) for a year or so now, and he always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. He’s very communicative, and he works to accommodate my unpredictable surgeon schedule. I have absolute trust in him and the Lasco team with my vehicle.
