I received a tire rotation with my oil change. I was NOT told I would NOT receive a tire balance. Upon leaving the dealership my steering wheel began to vibrate. I took it back on Tuesday and was TOLD it was my tire because it had a bulge in it and need a new tire. When I asked if the tires are inspected or even looked at when doing the rotation I was told that they are ?supposed? to check them out but this time it was overlooked. My receipt for what they did when inspecting said damage to tire as well as alignment measurements out of specs. I was NOT told about that, only about the tire. Click to Copy

Dishonest and liars
Don’t buy from here! They make promises to get a sale! I bought a truck and was told at the time of test drive they would fix dents since there was a clean history of no known accidents. There were 3 major dents tailgate, bumper and side panel of drivers side near gas tank! Both manager Dave and Paige agreed! Both backed out after the sale. They are crooked sales people and also messed my payments up with Elga. They kept ridiculously sending paperwork wrong and trying to slip in more charges so they they as the dealership got more money! Do not do any sales with Randy Wise ever!! They are liars and crooks!

I called Randy Wise Buick. My husband and I bought a used truck 4 years prior and were happy with it. I contacted Bryan Bickford and told him we were interested in a new SUV and wanted to trade in the pick up truck. He found out my needs and set up an appointment with 2 vehicles. He was efficient and helpful. I had contacted several dealerships before contacting Bryan and was not happy with the service. Bryan does a great job.

WILL TAKE UNSUSPECTING OR NAIVE CUSTOMERS TO THE CLEANERS! I had a terrible experience some years back and now my son-in-law got taken (by them) right before Christmas. Son-in-law also accepted a free rental while repairs were being done, but I'm sure they'll be charged for that, too. These people can't be trusted. My experience was several years ago. My car was totaled, but they “fixed it” in waves to avoid calling the car totaled. The car was worth maybe $12,000. At first their total repair bill was $4,600 or thereabouts. After they were paid by my insurance company, they (Randy Wise et al) discovered another $8,000 in damages! I didn't have time to fight the system at that time, so they took me to the cleaners. Even after, it was never fixed correctly – there continued to be something wrong with the steering, but they said they couldn't find a problem. Now my daughter and her husband took their car there concerned about an occasional stalling out problem. The shop recommended they have their fluids flushed while there. My son-in-law went along with their suggestions because he is very trusting and knows nothing about cars. When he picked-up their car he discovered the bill was $2,000! My daughter was shocked and called me crying. She said they had no idea it was going to be $2,000. Needless to say I am very angry because I know how shady they are, this dealership (they're 2 for 2).

My daughter's car was about to fall apart and her credit was nowhere near close to descent but the people here at Randy Wise worked extremely hard and never gave up and managed to put my daughter and her 2 small girls in a beautiful Verona. Doing so was a life changer for my daughter and also eased a worried mothers mind.
