My wife and I were interested in leasing either a 2014 Acadia or Terrain, so we sent inquiries to four local GM dealers. Only Randy Wise salesperson Dayna Suess responded in a timely manner with the information we were looking for. She said she had the vehicle we were looking for, and quoted us prices on 12,000 and 15,000 mile 39 month leases. We went to the dealership, and met with Dana. We drove a 2014 Terrain, AWD, SLE-2 package vehicle, and completed the transaction within 3 hours. Dayna worked hard to get us a very good deal on this lease. I was very impressed with Dayna's professionalism, the speed at which she worked, and how quickly everything came together. We were equally impressed with Dayna' extensive knowledge of the vehicle itself. She answered every question we had, and showed us all of the features this vehicle had. She told us that if we had any other questions later on, to call her anytime for advice. By the way, I still haven't heard anything from the other 3 dealers we contacted. Even if we had, I seriously doubt they could have competed with Dayna and Randy Wise Buick GMC.

Bryan Bickford is a professional. He knows his product and he quickly understands the needs of his customers. He is honest and straightforward. His Sales Manager is Kyle Canada. He offered a fair deal on my trade in and quite honestly made the entire experience enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Randy Wise. With respect to finance - Steven Cohen is a pro. He found an outstanding rate for me. He beat my credit union by over 1%! Lastly, given the fact that I live 60 miles from the dealer they delivered the vehicle to my workplace. This sales process could not have gone smoother!

Excellent service, done right the first time and ahead of schedule. Kenny went out of his way to make this a good experience. Loaner vehicle with Enterprise was also excellent. This was a first time customer experience and I would return for future service and recommend to anyone else.

My experience with Angela at Randy Wise was exceptional. She was very helpful when I brought in my car that was damaged by a deer. She quickly found a rental car for me during a very stressful time. The professionalism remained high with the entire experience. My car was also cleaned inside and out when I picked it up!
