Twice this year we have had our Yukon repaired at Randy...

Twice this year we have had our Yukon repaired at Randy Wise collision center. (Bad year.) Each time it came back looking and driving like new. I appreciated the good work and the good communication from The people at Randy Wise. I was called or e mailed about the status of my vehicle. Whenever I called I was usually able to talk to the person I wanted to contact. If I had to leave a voice mail, or an e mail it was answered in a reasonable time. Thanks Don Rajsich

I wrecked my car one snowy night, before I even made my first payment. Driving for over 27 years, and I've never made an insurance claim, the staff made the process easy. When I had problems with the parts the insurance company required to be used, the manger of the collision shop was a great help.

I have always purchased my vehicles from Bill Ross, and...

I have always purchased my vehicles from Bill Ross, and have had them serviced by them. I have always had great service, this past visit was no different. I had hit a deer with my Escalade on the expressway, I called Bill Ross my salesman and he told me to bring it in. When I got there they had a another loaner (almost brand new car) car ready and I was out the door. They stayed in touch with me during the repair process (about 10 days) and it was done on time. It is an Escalade and I am very meticulous with it, and I could not be happier with it, it looks like brand new. I would highly recommend Bill Ross to anyone looking for any type of car or truck, and the Body Shop does EXCELLENT work, and is about as clean as the showroom. I have dealership experience in my past (and not this one) so I have a pretty good idea what to look for. They also have an excellent waiting room and offer rides home or will pick you up. Just a great place, and Randy Wise himself is huge on customer service.

Initially I came into the dealership to take a test drive...

Initially I came into the dealership to take a test drive of the Buick Regal GS after researching the vehicle extensively. Theron informed me of a great deal they had going on for minimum trade-in's. After learning of this I decided I wanted to take it home, my Salesman Theron Wilson and Business Manager Nathaniel Olivo ensured I was able to walk out of the dealership with the car that same day staying 2 extra hours after business close to make the deal. Overall great experience.

Everything with the car was great BUT I had hit a deer...

Everything with the car was great BUT I had hit a deer and my car was drive able. They ordered the parts, said Ford was slow getting the parts to them, and I called back 1 week later, and still no parts. It was almost a month after I had been in before they fixed the vehicle and only then because I called them to remind them they were supposed to fix it. So I was not happy with that. Overall they car was repaired well but the delay was very bothersome.

Just picked up another new car from Dale Payne. As always, I received excellent customer service from Dale. I know he's giving me the best deal possible and excellent service. He's the reason I drive over 30 miles to Randy Wise.

I was recently in the market for a used vehicle for my...

I was recently in the market for a used vehicle for my son, who is a college student. I wanted a reliable vehicle at an affordable price. I spent several days searching the internet and looking at various cars, before discovering this dealership. I contacted Dayna regarding a vehicle. I explained to her what I was looking for, the time constraints, and the fact that I lived a distance from the dealership. She was very professional, and friendly, and followed through on exactly what she said she would do. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that she showed me, at what I feel was a very fair price. When I returned to sign the paperwork the following day, it was a very simple process. Dayna had everything ready to go, and I was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes. Following the purchase of the vehicle, there was a small issue with the vehicle. I contacted Dayna to let her know about the issue. She discussed the matter with her manager, Kyle, and they agreed to take care of the issue. This was very noteworthy in my opinion, because often when you buy a used vehicle, it is yours when you leave the lot, and the sellers don't want to hear from you again.

The saleswoman agreed to give me a verbal 24 hours to...

The saleswoman agreed to give me a verbal 24 hours to decide on a vehichle. The next morning before the dealership opened I sent an email saying I was very interested but wanted to know the bottom line after tax, plates, etc. She responded promptly. I countered and she informed me several hours later that the manager had over-ruled her verbal agreemnet with me and sold the car, since I had not placed a deposit. Quess their word means NOTHING at this dealership.
