best dealer around i give five stars and the service is top notch also if your in the market give rob or the owner a call and you will walk away everytime with the best deal around i have bought my last three cars with them and i live 50 mins away and have several local chevy dealers that cant beat there price

very desperate for a deal!!
I started looking for a car at Denooyer and the salesmen was very dishevled and unprofessional looking- hunting camo coat and holy shoes?? After test driving the car the salesmen and the owner kept calling back and forth and asking what would it take to buy this car after I specifically said I was shopping around and checking all different cars and delears. They acted so desperate- it was a big joke. They called between the 2 of them at least 6 times in a week. Very annoying and unprofessionally run, in my opinion.

HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY service!
I am so grateful for DeNooyer here in Holland! They are absolutely incredible and Phil, Rob Huizenga, and Dominique are amazing men! The scoop: my husband and I were just looking at their selection of used cars for under $3,000. We needed to sell our really nice and low mileage car (because it's trade-in value was only $1,500 while it's retail value was up in the $6,000s) and were scanning our options to get a van while we pay off the debt with our nice car's profits. We found a cheap car and up came Rob. He was so honest, up-front, and helpful that we went inside to inquire further. Long story short they asked us what we wanted so we could have the van. We said we wanted at least $500 to even consider the van, plus cutting the price on it way down because it was older with higher miles. They said, "Let's see what we can do." Enter Phil. They offered us a deal we couldn't refuse! They said we could do a Consignment deal (only dealer in town that does this): since our trade-in value was so low even though the car was worth so much more and we needed to sell it in 2 weeks anyway, they gave us $500 cash, the van, our car and said "you have 2 weeks to sell your car for it's retail value because we dont want to steal your trade-in (since car was worth way more than trade-in value) and if you sell it you just pay us X amount for this van." We said, duh...DEAL! 2 weeks came and went and we kept in communication with them. They said to continue trying to sell our car. After about a month and a half we sold our car and paid them for the van & have recommended them to everyone since! They didn't hound us or set us up for failure. They were patient with the process and did everything to make sure the CUSTOMER was FIRST! They didn't look at us after 2 weeks ended and say, "Tough give us your car now." They had compassion and remained FAITHFUL to the customer. We can't thank them enough for the amazing service we received and how HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY they are! It's also a family-owned company and we admire that so much because they treat everyone they help as a FAMILY! WE LOVE DENOOYER! GO HERE FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE!!! You won't regret it!!!

no car too small
After taking a job over an hour from my house, I started looking for a vehicle that would make my commute a little easier on my wallet. I looked around and decided on an aveo. It was small, cheap, and gets 38mpg in the right conditions. The car was ugly, but it drove ok and I couldnt ignore the savings.The sales guy, Dave acted like I was buying a Cadilac. He was really friendly and walked me through the entire process. Sitting in his office was really relaxed, and the rest of the sales guys joked with him as he completed the sale. Even the owners kids were friendly. This dealership was low pressure and bent over backwards to make me happy. The car is still really ugly, but when Im ready to trade it in I will head back to Denooyer.

Would highly recommend this company
I am not usually one to write reviews, but I am making an exception for DeNooyer. I had an excellent experience with them when I bought my used 2000 Chevy Venture. I continue to receive honest, friendly, and true customer service whenever I contact them even though it has been almost 2 years since I have bought my vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle even though I live in NW Indiana. And I plan to continue offering my business to them when we are ready to purchase another car.

I had to bring the car back in for problems that were...
I had to bring the car back in for problems that were never fixed for a total of 4 visits in the first two months of ownership. I now have a $1200 repair bill because the problems were never resolved and was continually told they could not find the problem and there was nothing to worry about.
