Car detailing
Bought the extra coverage for my vehicle, which included a once a year detailing. Came to pick it up and it was the worst detailing job I have ever seen. The outside was still dirty and the carpet in the rear and the mat was still dirty. I had my vehicle serviced before and they have messed up a few times. We will not purchase extra coverage again, so that we can take are vehicle's some where else.

Knowledgeable and honest customer service.
My car needed a few days to diagnose and repair. The loaner car really helps me out so that I didn't miss so much work and it is very convenient. They found the problem making the noise which was great. My service writer, Laura, kept me well informed about my repair progress.

Went in to discuss cars on the lot and they listed a price we were willing to pay. Continued to walk around that price and kept changing the amount down to get to the price we had agreed on. Out there to get your money, not your service. They also don’t take NO for an answer. Was not impressed

Quick, easy, personable service. I had routine oil change. Potential repairs for the future were pointed out with a plan of work suggested. They will monitor the condition and will advise.

Poor Response to Service Issue
Purchased a 2009 her Silverado less than a year ago - the left rear leaf spring broke and DeNooyers would not cover the repairs stating “things break”. Purchased an extended 2 year warranty and it didn’t cover this major component. It would cover a control arm but not a leaf spring?!?! Very dissatisfied with this dealership and it’s failure to stand behind what it sells. 0 star rating.

Correction for Denooyer Chevrolet
So my friend bought a Jeep from them and at first she was having problems, but they fixed the repairs she needed in a timely matter!!! I?ve tried to take my other review down but it won?t let me, so please take it down! Very nice and courteous staff at denooyer, especially Carmen, she?s amazing to work with.

Don?t recommend
My friend bought a vehicle from denooyer and had problems with it 2 weeks after buying it. Since then, she has had it into denooyer 3 times and they will not fix what was agreed upon when purchasing the vehicle.

Hit a pothole that ruined my entire wheel
Hit a pothole that ruined my entire wheel and underbody. Filed a claim with my insurance company that had me pay a 500 deductible. Denooyer hooked me up with a 2018 Chevy Colorado loaner vehicle and it was awesome!! They informed that they needed to do additional work on the underbody which I didn't expect them to fix.
