Great small town dealer

Everything Glenn has always taken the best care of me in everyway. Such a great man for many years. Carl Grande is always a super nice owner as well.

Excellent sales staff, especially Cindy H

Best part of my purchase is my salesperson Cindy. She has sold me my last six vehicles. She knows what I want and finds the right car for me. Now I’m in a brand new BRONCO and loving every minute of it. Thank you Cindy!!❤️

Great service very friendly

They went out of their way to answer all questions. Made us feel like they really cared. Fast service. I would definitely recommend that you go there and see for yourself.

Great service

Great Customer Service

Fred Grande's people treat the customer like they want the customer to be pleased with the service they receive. Its hard to put into words, but most dealerships are not invested in the customer, rather only focused on the sale. That, however, is not the type of environment you will experience at Fred Grande.

Muddy vehicle return!

F150 was dropped off for scheduled maintenance including an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and a squeaky seat on 8/29/2022. Vehicle was dropped off in the morning spotless, vehicle was detailed the previous day. Later that day I was informed vehicle was completed and I could come pick it up. Once I completed the paperwork, I walked out to vehicle and immediately noticed it was full of mud. The vehicle did not have a panel on it that didn't have mud on it. I went back in right away and spoke to the service manager (I did not get his name). He came outside with me to look at it and apologized once he seen it. He went inside to find out what happened and returned stating two techs had to take it for a ride to determine the squeaky seat. This story he was told was not true because the seat will squeak just by sitting in it without even driving. When I dropped the vehicle off I informed Chip (Assistant Service Manager) that the seat squeaks just while sitting in it. The service manager had the vehicle taken back in to be washed. When the vehicle was brought back after being washed it was still full of mud on the frame, chassis, wheels and the tires were brown. Maybe a brown wall tire is the new black wall?? Overall I was very disappointed with the service that was completed and the lack of noticing what had actually taken place while my vehicle was being serviced. My vehicle was taken for a joyride on muddy roads to determine a squeaky seat when this was not required. Mud was splashed and covered the panels as high as the windows all the way around, including the back glass. The radio was adjusted also, why are we adjusting the radio for a test drive to determine a squeaky seat?? I had to be pressure wash multiple times at home to remove any remaining mud from underneath that was left. The tires took multiple cleaning products, scrubbing and pressure washing three times to remove the brown coloring. The one positive experience that day was Chip (Assistant Service Manager) he was very helpful and friendly while setting up my appointment, and completing the paperwork. I would not recommend anyone who has a nice truck to take it there for service. If you don't mind your vehicle being taken for a muddy joyride and returned dirty, than I would highly recommend!! Lastly, the squeaky seat is still squeaky.. It was never fixed correctly.
